After a horrendous start to the season, the Memphis Grizzlies are on their way back up. They are 9-1 over their last 10 games and are making a surge towards the playoffs. Like many other guards this year, Conley is putting up career-high scoring numbers and shooting at the most efficient rate from the field in his career, all while remaining an annoying matchup on the defensive end. The Western Conference backcourt is stacked, but you have to give Conley at least a mention.
