Carlos Boozer

2013-14 salary: $15.3M (2 years)

Everyone knows that Boozer got overpaid when the Bulls signed him, but they had to make some kind of a move and build talent around Derrick Rose. He is now 32 and is slowly declining. The rumor is that Chicago will be looking to get rid of his deal through the amnesty clause this summer in order to vacate the $16.8 million he will be making.
