Kendrick Perkins
2013-14 salary: $8.4 (2 years)
Perkins finished with an all-time worst PER in a playoff run (200+ minutes). He had a NEGATIVE rating. It was -0.7. That’s terrible, and pretty much sums up his value to the Oklahoma City Thunder at this point. Other than being able to hold his ground against big men in the post, he really doesn’t do much else to help the team.
