Aldridge is turning into a serious MVP contender, especially if the Blazers can keep this run going. Since our last edition the Blazers played five games, coming away with wins against the Pacers and the Thunder. They finished the week 4-1, with Monta Ellis hitting the game-winner for the Mavericks on Saturday night. Aldridge had a 38-point, 13-rebound game against the Thunder and is averaging 26.4 points and 12 rebounds all while shooting 55.2% from the field in December.
