Last week: 3
It seems that every week we have a shake-up among our top three candidates and in this edition we have another. George slipped down to the third spot last Sunday, mainly due to the fact that Kevin Durant and LeBron James were absolutely phenomenal. You can’t take anything away from George this week. The Pacers had four road games, including games at the Spurs and Clippers, which Indiana won. The Pacers almost managed to sneak in another huge win over the Portland Trail Blazers, but ultimately not even George’s career-high 43 points were enough.
