Parker continues to slip down despite a season-high 27 points against the Rockets on Saturday. His minutes are very up-and-down as Gregg Popovich will not play his point guard unless it is an extremely close game. Up until now, the Spurs have been blowing teams out on the regular, but this week Parker logged a decent amount of playing time in losses to Houston and OKC.
