Monta really has it all this season. Ellis is the second player to make his debut on this list next to LaMarcus Aldridge. Instead of taking too many shots and being a frustrating side-kick to Dirk Nowitzki, Ellis has formed a legit one-two punch with the German. Ellis is shooting just under 50% from the field, while ranking seventh in the league in scoring. I’ve been a big Monta critic, but I must admit that I love what I’ve seen from him in a Dallas uniform so far. Let’s hope he can keep it up.
