9. Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers – 23.8 PPG, 5.6 APG, 5.4 RPG

Lillard continues to improve and is dropping the three-ball at an outstanding 47.6% clip to start the season. The Blazers are 3-2 at the moment, and the second-year point guard deserves to be on this list after the first week. He has been consistent in just about every game and has been entertaining to watch. Will he be on this list by the end of the season? It’s hard to tell at the moment, but if his excellent play results in wins for the Blazers, he just might.
