3. Victor Oladipo, Orlando Magic

2013-14 stats: 12 ppg, 4 apg, 5 rpg

Oladipo has played consistent minutes off the bench for the Magic. Most probably expected him to start, but Jameer Nelson and Arron Afflalo have kept their starting spots. Oladipo has not shot the ball particularly well, but has shown his versatility and played acceptable overall.

The Magic are looking to trade Nelson, which would certainly open up the door for Oladipo to play major minutes. He is ranked third this week, but remains a top candidate for the Rookie of the Year honors.
