NBA Rookie of the Year Ladder – Week 1
Last season Damian Lillard blew away all of his critics and put together a sensational Rookie of the Year campaign, taking down the award that was sealed off for the No. 1 overall pick Anthony Davis.
With almost one week of NBA basketball under our belts, we have had a chance to have a brief look at this year’s rookie class. Some players have started hot out of the gate, while others are struggling with their transition.
It’s easy to draw conclusions, inaccurate as they may be, after just two or three games and it’s also a whole lot of fun. Some of the first-year players have barely had an opportunity to play, while others have had the confidence of their coaches to play significant minutes.
In comes the Rookie of the Year ladder, in which King James Gospel will be ranking rookies on a week by week basis, all the way down to end of the season.
