In Game 1, the Warriors didn’t just lose the game, they lost David Lee. Steph Curry picked up the slack as both scorer (30 points on four 3s and zero free throws) and facilitator (13 assists:1 turnover). Curry actually shoots a little worse from midrange than 3, but he used the space created by Andrew Bogut screens to stick pull-up after pull-up. Curry has a flair for the dramatic, rarely settling for the mundane when the magnificent will do, such as taking contested spin jumpers on the break or splitting soft hedges for Dirks.
