Stephen Curry had a fairytale night, scoring his career high in the most famous arena in the league on national television. Put another way, Curry made as many 3s as the Knicks’ whole team–on 21 fewer attempts–while outscoring the eventual scoring champ by 19. Curry pulled this off the night one night after dropping 38 on the Pacers in Indiana (see slide #3). The Warriors were without David Lee, foreshadowing Curry’s playoff flammability in similar circumstances.
