It’s a miracle that Dwyane Wade’s laundry list of ailments has never included a broken wrist considering how hard he dunks. Wade scored a point a minute (again, no turnovers) on another night of ridiculous shooting. Wade almost never goes straight into a jumpshot, preferring to crossover, hesitate or step back into it to create space. Combined with his natural backward lean, Wade can get his relatively slow shot off over seven footers in a pinch. Wade’s determination salvages plays that should be a missed shot and/or two free throws, such as the incredible no-call alley-oop he finished despite a bodycheck from Kris Humphries.
