Rationale: The Kings have been a carousel of instability post-Chris Webber. Hopefully with the Maloofs out of the picture, things settle down and the core matures. Maturity alone won’t develop an efficient offense or an effective defense, though. The pieces still don’t fit, but this may be the year the Kings actually improve (though not necessarily in terms of wins).
