#29. Philadelphia 76ers
2012-2013: 34-48
Head Coach: TBA
Signed: Lavoy Allen, James Anderson, Kwame Brown, Spencer Hawes, Justin Holiday, Arnett Moultrie, Tim Ohlbrecht, Jason Richardson, Evan Turner, Royce White, Thaddeus Young
Rationale: For starters, the Sixers don’t have a coach yet. Andrew Bynum never played a game for the Sixers and now he never will. Jrue Holiday, a 23-year-old All Star at the most stacked position in the league, was traded to the New Orleans Hornets for Nerlens Noel, who may not play next season after tearing his ACL. So why are they ahead of the Celtics? When the Sixers sign Michael-Carter Williams and Nate Wolters, they will have two available point guards, which is two more than Boston will until Rondo returns. Additionally, they have slightly more continuity and a healthy Noel should bolster the defense, should he play.
