26. John Wall (53 points)

Wall is only just eligible for this list, having played in 49 games last season. Without the former No. 1 overall pick, the Wizards were absolutely terrible, and with their leader on the floor, they looked like a playoff team in a weak Eastern Conference. His athleticism and speed clearly left a strong impression.

25. Al Horford (70 points)

Horford is still one of the more underrated players in the league, despite being one of the more consistent big men. His numbers are solid and he is very efficient and versatile. With Josh Smith out of town, Horford could very well have more touches coming his way, in which case nothing is stopping him from being a 20-10 guy and perhaps making his third All-Star game.
