Top 30 NBA Players Of 2012-13
14. Brook Lopez (132 points)
Lopez finally managed to stay healthy last season and showed the potential most fans are used to seeing. Brook is an extremely talented offensive player and he put that on display throughout the year. As Deron Williams struggled, it felt as though Lopez was the one keeping the team together and carrying it forward. He also made great strides on the defensive end.
13. Blake Griffin (132 points)
The opinions on Griffin’s game differ from person to person. Some point out that his lack of a consistent jumper shrinks the floor and he is limited to just a handful of moves in the post and in transition. Others consider his supreme, almost godlike, athleticism as a unique quality that very few players possess. Either way, Blake ends up 13th on this list, recording as many points as Lopez.
