NBA Trade Rumors — With the draft getting closer and closer, many teams are shopping players and trying to move up or down in the draft. There are new rumors surfacing on an almost daily basis and it’s hard to keep up. Thankfully, I’m here to try to guide you through it all.

Here are the latest rumors around the league.

Caron Butler and Eric Bledsoe for Arron Afflalo on draft day?

It’s a relatively old rumor that seemed distant before, but now that Doc Rivers has finally signed with the Clippers, this is very likely to happen.

"Eric Bledsoe and Caron Butler are expected to be packaged in a draft-day trade for Orlando’s Arron Aflallo, addressing the Clipper need for a shooting guard.  (via Sports City)"

Now that Rivers is secured, Chris Paul is expected to re-sign, which makes Eric Bledsoe expendable. The Clippers package in their most attractive trade asset with Caron Butler, who really didn’t have much of an impact last year and LA will be happy to get rid of his contract. In return the Clippers get a player Rivers will probably like — a versatile two-guard who can create some offense and is a good defensive player.

The only question mark here is this: When the Celtics and the Clippers were having discussions, Rivers allegedly asked LA to keep Bledsoe as Doc wanted to coach him.

Either way, this is a deal that makes sense so it could probably happen.
