2003 NBA Draft

Pick 51 overall: Kyle Korver

Kyle Korver might not be a great player, but he is truly one of the best 3-point shooters in the NBA. He went as low as 51st in the draft, but in retrospect should have been picked significantly higher.

In the 2006-07 season, Korver’s 91.4 free throw percentage led the league, but he would make history four years later. In the 2009-10 season Korver not only led the league, but set an all-time NBA record in 3-point percentage, with 53.6% shooting from beyond the arc – not bad for a guy who almost went undrafted.
