Greg Monroe is one of the more talented big men in the game today. He rebounds well, can score in multiple ways and is a great passer, ranking fifth in assists among centers.

He is quite a poor defender, but it is certainly something he can improve, as he is only 22 years old.

The single worrying thing about Monroe is that he has not really made all that much progress since last year, but the Detroit Pistons are hopeful that he has not peaked just yet.
