Paul gets the nod over Tony Parker. Admittedly, before Parker’s injury, I would have put him ahead of Paul on the MVP list. Even then, I still have Paul as a better player than Parker. CP3 probably does the most for his own team outside of his already great numbers, which is what gives him the edge over Parker. The Clippers are way more of a mess without Chris than the Spurs are without Tony, so that is why he is here.
