A lot of people cringed when Cleveland Cavaliers used their fourth pick on the guard out of Syracuse, who came off the bench in college, but he has proven to be more than worthy of being a high pick in the 2012 draft.

Waiters is second among rookies in scoring and has been putting up some decent numbers. Pairing him with Kyrie Irving promises the Cavs a very bright future. He is a volume shooter and is not that efficient, but he is still a very good scorer with a lot of potential.

Statistics this season: 14.6 ppg, 2.4 rpg, 41 FG%, 3.2 apg, 29.5 mpg

(Originally picked 4th overall: Dion Waiters, Cleveland Cavaliers)
