Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is a good player, just not worthy of being selected with the second overall pick. The best thing about MKG is that he is a do-it-all player. He is by no means proficient in any category in particular, but he still has a fundamentally solid skill set.

He can defend and has put up some decent numbers in certain games, but has been inconsistent, making him very unreliable at this point.

His frame is great and he could very well become a solid all-around player, as he is still only 19 years old. Developing some range would be a great idea.

Statistics this season: 9 ppg, 5.6 rpg, 45.6 FG%25.7 mpg

(Originally picked 6th overall: Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers)
