The Cleveland Cavaliers, who are the NBA’s top dog, took down their arch-rivals the Golden State Warriors in a legitimate nail biter on Christmas Day.

The Cavs are up! The Warriors are up! The Warriors are pulling away! Richard Jefferson, the 36-year old veteran, did what? Are the Cleveland Cavaliers this good? Could the simulated 2k game be correct?

The Cleveland Cavaliers versus Golden State Warriors Christmas Day game lived up to the hype. As the second game of the day, fans everywhere were prepared for this matchup after seeing a tight Knicks-Celtics game prior to.

These teams picked back up where they left off last Finals. With Kevin Durant leading the pack, the Golden State Warriors jumped out to a quick lead and kept it all the way up until halftime. They maintained a narrow three point lead at the break.

Then after being down seven entering the fourth quarter, Kyrie Irving did the impossible. He hit this shot with 3.4 seconds left.

WOW. Every dedicated Cavaliers fan remembers the shot that he made over Stephen Curry to clinch Game 7 last Finals, and this shot was just as good if not better.
