3. Golden State Warriors (Up 5)

Possibly the hottest team in the league this week clung on to their impressive unbeaten home record (trailing for less than one minute at Oracle Arena all season at that point) on Andre Iguodala’s perfectly executed fadeaway at the buzzer on Thursday night.

Iguodala is playing some of his best ever basketball and has impacted the Warriors hugely on both sides of the ball, being able to take on opponents’ biggest threats at four positions while forming a key part of the offense with his excellent distribution and work off-ball.

4. Miami Heat (No change)

The Heat look bored. LeBron James did put up his first monster scoring effort with 39 points on 13-17 shooting against the Mavericks Friday night but other than that the champions look devoid of the burning motivation that drove them to back-to-back titles sandwiching that 27-game winning streak.

They have, however, managed to post 100 points in every game so far this year, the only team to do so.
