The NBA regular season is now in full swing and it is time for King James Gospel to host the first MVP ladder of the season. The rankings will naturally change on a week-to-week basis, taking the whole regular season in consideration. However, some teams and players have gotten off to extremely hot starts, thus pushing the top contenders for the Most Valuable Player award down the list.

As a Pacers fan, I love seeing Paul George at the top of this list. Heck, I would be happy with any Pacers player in any MVP discussion. This is a team that plays exactly like that…a team. Sure Paul George is becoming “the man”but I know if he were to win this award or some sort of player award, the first thing he would say is it was his teammates that got him this award. That’s a special thing.

Yea, I really think George is coming into his own even more this season. Not sure whether this is the new norm, but he has been one of the most impressive players of this young season so far. I think the Pacers are consistent enough and will likely be a top 3 or higher seed so PG should definitely be in the MVP conversation.

This list is a joke. LeBron at 3? Based on how the season is going SO FAR, he should be behind Kevin Love and CP3. Tony Parker is way too high on this list too.
