Danilo Gallinari is done for the season with a torn ACL, and that obviously hurts the team’s chances for an extended run in a major way. Gallinari was the second-leading scorer for the Nuggets and one of the few players capable of creating a look for himself.

While Gallinari is a huge loss, Denver is still an extremely dangerous opponent. That is if Ty Lawson is healthy. Lawson is dealing with a torn plantar fascia in his heel and it is not a certainty that he will be ready to go for the start of the playoffs.

If Lawson gets healthy in time, Nuggets are still capable of doing damage, but right now the situation is rather grim.
