The NBA regular season is winding down and the squads who will be making the playoffs are all but set (darn you 8th seed in the West). By this point in the season, most people are flipping past the Bobcats-Magic in search of a more aesthetically pleasing, important game.

With all of the hoopla regarding what seeds these teams will end up with and how they’ll fair in the playoffs, the less fortunate teams like Detroit or Minnesota all but disappear from casual fan’s minds.

But as long as their still playing games and remain in the minds of some fanatics, it’s important to discuss where the franchises are at right now and where they can improve to reverse their fortunes, in hopes of making the postseason in future years.
