2003 NBA Draft

Pick 18 overall: David West

The infamous 2003 draft that featured the likes of LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh also offered a couple of steals. David West was selected just 18th overall, but has put together a very successful career so far. He was an NBA All-Star in 2008 and 2009. After tearing his ACL, he went through one of his worst seasons last year, but has bounced back and is playing great basketball for the Indiana Pacers this year.
