10. DeMarcus Cousins

2012-13 Season Averages: 17 ppg, 10 rpg, 1.6 stlpg

First things first. I was seriously considering leaving Cousins off this list because of his incredible immaturity. He is second in the league in ejections, having been tossed three times this season. He also ranks third in technical fouls with 12. For all the things he does well, he unfortunately is often detrimental to his own team. However, you simply can’t deny how talented this guy actually is.

He is only 22 years old, and if he was ever to grow up, he would probably be top three or better on this list when he reaches his prime.

Cousins leads all centers in steals per game, averages a double-double and can score in a lot of different ways. He still needs to improve his mid-range jumper, as he is shooting a rather medicore 32.7% from that range.

He is not always that active and engaged defensively, usually letting his opponent spot-up and knock down shots on him. He is also not a very good shot blocker. However, he is a decent defender in the post.
