The Cleveland Cavaliers are looking to bounce back from a loss to the Miami Heat on Friday night when they take on the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday.

Charlotte, who is without LaMelo Ball, has won six of its last 10 games, but it still sits in the No. 14 spot in the Eastern Conference.

The Hornets have struggled on offense all season long, ranking dead last in the league in offensive rating, and now they play a Cavs team that is No. 1 in the NBA in defensive rating.

Still, the Cavs may be facing an uphill battle with Jarrett Allen listed as doubtful and Darius Garland listed as questionable for this game.

Here’s a look at the latest odds and a pick:

Even though the Cavs may be without two starters, I can’t trust this Hornets team, especially on the second night of a back-to-back.

Charlotte lost to a terrible defense in the Utah Jazz on Saturday, and I can’t imagine this team putting together a strong offensive performance against Cleveland.

The Hornets are just 4-5-1 against the spread on the second night of a back-to-back this season, and they’ve struggled as home dogs, going just 8-15 ATS, the third worst mark in the NBA.

Cleveland split a two-game set with the Heat, but it has still been strong against the spread as a road favorite.

The Cavs are 10-8-2 ATS in that spot, and they still hold a massive talent advantage over Charlotte even if Allen and Garland don’t play.

I’m going to keep fading Charlotte against quality teams.
