The Cleveland Cavaliers are likely going to be without guard Donovan Mitchell (groin, doubtful) against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday night.

Memphis has been the hottest team in the NBA winning 10 straight games, so it may be hard to justify a bet on the Cavs… unless you’re taking some prop bets!

There is also a great way to take advantage of an offer from BetMGM on this matchup.

If you’re looking for some more plays in this game, here are some player props to bet for the Cavs-Grizzlies showdown:

Cavaliers vs. Grizzlies best NBA prop bets

  • Darius Garland UNDER 23.5 Points
  • Evan Mobley OVER 7.5 Rebounds
  • Isaac Okoro UNDER 8.5 Points

Darius Garland UNDER 23.5 Points

Darius Garland is averaging 21.4 points per game this season, but he could see an uptick in usage with Mitchell likely to miss this game.

However, I think there is value in taking the UNDER on his points prop, even though Cavs fans may not like to hear it. We’re here to give you winning bets.

In his games without Mitchell this season, Garland has 21, 13, 18 and 51 points in those games. The 51 point-game came the first time Garland played without Mitchell, but since then he hasn’t found that same form on offense.

The Grizzlies rank No. 1 in the NBA in defensive rating, and Garland will likely draw Dillon Brooks, a tough perimeter defender, tonight.

In 36 games this season, Garland has cleared 23.5 points only nine times. I’ll side with the UNDER here.

Evan Mobley OVER 7.5 Rebounds

Evan Mobley’s rebounds prop has a little value on Wednesday night, even though the Grizzlies are the No. 1 rebounding team in the NBA.

Mobley’s prop is set at 7.5, but he’s picked up eight or more rebounds in six of his last seven games. The Cavs big man is also averaging 8.8 rebounds per game this season.

Cleveland is going to need Mobley down low to deal with Jaren Jackson Jr. and Steven Adams, and since both of these teams are elite defenses (No. 1 and No. 2 in the league), there should be a good amount of missed shots to allow Mobley to clear the glass.

Isaac Okoro UNDER 8.5 Points

Even with Mitchell down, Isaac Okoro’s points prop is way too high on Wednesday night.

Okoro is averaging just 5.5 points per game, and he’s cleared this line just one time in five games without Mitchell this season.

The former first-round pick has scored double-digit points in five of his last 10 games, but I don’t see him having a big game against the No. 1 defense in the league.
