King James Gospel is looking for passionate NBA fans, who have a knack for writing. If you love basketball and want to share your thoughts and opinions with other fans, King James Gospel is the place to be.

Why should you be interested in writing for this blog, I hear you ask? KJG is part of the ever-growing FanSided network and is one of the most popular NBA blogs in the network. Thanks to a partnership with Sports Illustrated, our work is featured on SI.com, making it a certainty that your work does not go unnoticed.

In return, we are looking for a writer that not only has a passion for the sport, but also knows what he’s talking about. We love when our writers share their opinion — that’s what we’re all about — but you have to be able to back it up with actual knowledge.

Since KJG is a general NBA blog, you are free to write about whatever you want, as long as it is somehow related to the NBA.

While previous writing experience is preferred, it is not required. We love inviting new writers to the scene and are committed to helping you improve.

If you want to apply or have any questions, e-mail KJG’s editor, Vytis Lasaitis, at [email protected] (applications should include an introduction, reason for applying and preferably writing samples). You can also reach him on Twitter: @VytisLasaitis
