Kobe Bryant might not be able to play basketball just yet, but he keeps entertaining the fans through Twitter. After rebuking the false retirement rumors, Kobe has decided that he will write his own book.

Perhaps Kobe has been inspired by his former coach, Phil Jackson, who has his own book coming out. Whether or not Bryant decides to go through with this, one thing is certain — he would have a lot of things to talk about.

If you have watched Kobe talk basketball, you’ll know that he is one of the most intelligent players in the NBA. He watches a lot of film and loves the intricacies of the sport. While Bryant is not ready to retire just yet, a book which would reflect on his spectacular Hall of Fame career would most certainly be a great read for any NBA fan.

Quite a few Los Angeles Lakers fans got nervous for a moment, when Kobe Bryant said that he will be making an announcement through his Facebook. As the shooting guard is recovering from his torn Achilles, many feared for the worst.

However, retirement is not something Kobe seems to consider at this point in time. Instead, he made an announcement that he will be partnering with Sports Spectacular, in an attempt to wipe out homelessness. Bryant also clarified that he is not retiring just yet through his Twitter:

Everyone can take a deep breath and calm down now.
