<p>All Star weekend is over and Tuesday marks the return of games that matter. <strong>Kyrie Irving</strong> put the NBA on notice and <strong>Chris Paul </strong>got the All Star game MVP, but it is <strong>Tony Parker</strong> who entered the break playing well enough to keep the top spot.</p>
