While the world waits for the trade that will send Kevin Love to the Cleveland Cavaliers (and become the perfect complimentary piece to LeBron James in the process) to be made official, it appears as though KLove will have one final victory over LeBron before the two join forces.
According to Forbes.com, and as we here at KJG informed you earlier today , tickets to see the road games for LeBron and the Cavaliers will be some of the most expensive in the NBA this year.
Of the road arenas hosting the Cavs this season in the NBA, nearly all of them can credit this increase in resale value and attendance to LeBron’s return to Cleveland…
except for one.
That venue is the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The soon-to-be former home of All-Star forward Kevin Love.
Once the Love to Cleveland trade becomes official, it is estimated by Forbes that the December 23 contest at the Target Center will be 134% more expensive than ANY OTHER GAME the TWolves host this season.
Say what you will about LeBron’s popularity, but as far as Minnesota is concerned:
when December 23rd appears on the calendar, they will mainly be longing for Love.
