Cleveland Cavaliers nearing deal for Mike Miller

The Cleveland Cavaliers landed LeBron James this weekend but the work is far from over when it comes to finding a reasonable roster to throw together and try and win a championship with.

As we learned the first time, LeBron can only do so much on his own and needs help around him. Mike Miller provided that help in Miami — winning LeBron’s only two titles while standing alongside him.

According to Jeff Goodman from ESPN.com, the Cavs and Miller are nearing a deal but haven’t yet arrived at one just yet.

There’s no guarantee that mIller will play for the Cavaliers as he has interest from the Denver Nuggets, Houston Rockets and Dallas Mavericks as well — all very good options for Miller.

But he can win a title in Cleveland next to LeBron James and that’s going to be a hard bargain to pass up for either side.
