2012 – In Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals, the Boston Celtics defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, 85-75. All five Celtics starters scored double-digit points in the victory. Although Paul Pierce fouled out, Rajon Rondo recorded his ninth career postseason triple-double as the Celtics moved on to the conference finals.

Although the Celtics were frustrated to receive the sixth pick in the upcoming NBA Draft, they are in a strong position in the bottom of the league. The organization has quite a few draft picks and is ready to unload them for the right price. While Boston might not be in the 2015 playoffs, they could be a force to reckoned with sooner rather than later.
