Scott Brooks: Serge Ibaka, Reggie Jackson will start vs San Antonio Spurs

Oklahoma City Thunder head coach Scott Brooks confirmed to media members Sunday evening that injured forward Serge Ibaka had indeed recovered in time for Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.

Ibaka was initially ruled out for the remainder of the playoffs with a Grade 2 calf strain, however with the swelling subsiding substantially over the past few days, Brooks confirmed he will start Game 3 against San Antonio.

Brooks also revealed Ibaka will not have a minutes restriction.

Joining Ibaka in the starting five is guard Reggie Jackson.

Drafting Jackson into the starting lineup allows Oklahoma City to run with a much smaller lineup to spread the floor with Durant, Westbrook and Perkins.

Oklahoma City trail 2-0 in the series after being dominated in the opening two games, allowing 120 points in the paint over the two meetings.
