2011 – With a 105-90 Oklahoma City Thunder victory over the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 7, the Thunder won the second-round series. In one of the best NBA playoff series in recent memory, Oklahoma City was also victorious in the triple-overtime Game 4 thriller in Memphis. The Thunder’s gutsy win earlier that series was important in allowing the team to take it in seven games. In that Game 7, Kevin Durant led the way with 39 points.

In the first round of the 2014 playoffs, the Thunder defeated the Grizzlies in seven games. We hope that there are many series between those two teams in the next few years. Oklahoma City is now in the midst of a grueling series with the Los Angeles Clippers.
