2002 – In a 92-91 Los Angeles Lakers victory over the Portland Trail Blazers, Kobe Bryant scored a game-high 25 points as the Lakers swept the Trail Blazers in the first round of their title run. Shaquille O’Neal also contributed 21 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists in the win.

The Lakers’ two prior wins in the best-of-five series were a part of the team’s 18-game home winning streak that started on March 1 and extended into the second round of the playoffs. The streak was their longest home one since 1989.
