Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert was on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” last night will billionaire Warren Buffett to discuss their upcoming March Madness contest. If someone enters the contest and picks a perfect bracket, they will receive a prize of $1 Billion dollars.
Meyers, however, joked with Gilbert about former Cavalier (and current Miami Heat forward) LeBron James. There has been speculation for months now that James is planning a return and that the Cavaliers are planning on making a push for James’ services this summer.
Meyers asked Gilbert if the odds of picking a perfect bracket (basically impossible) were the same odds of the James returning to Cleveland. Gilbert, with a smirk on his face, said that he was not allowed to talk about James due to the NBA’s collective bargaining agreement.
