1. Miami Heat (43-14)

You didn’t think it would be anyone else? LeBron poured in a career-high 61 points and reminded us that someone else will win the MVP award only when he decides he doesn’t want it. As long as he’s capable of this, the Heat are at the forefront of any championship discussion.

2. Los Angeles Clippers (41-20)

The Danny Granger signing could prove pivotal. Another good shooter provided he gets his opportunity. Still not a huge fan of their chances of emerging from the Western Conference.
