NBA Trade Rumors — The Minnesota Timberwolves were a team that was interested in the services of Andre Miller, who was dealt to the Washington Wizards on Thursday. As a result, the Wolves will be looking for backcourt depth elsewhere, and a potential name is Jarrett Jack.

The Cavaliers have been shopping Jack and having discussions with several teams, and now we can add the Timberwolves to that list, according to David Aldridge.

Jack would be an interesting fit in some lineups for the Wolves, if for no other reason than the fact that he is a point guard who has a jumpshot, unlike Ricky Rubio. His contract is quite big for his current production, as he has three more years left on his deal (last year is a team option and not guaranteed, however).

It seems that the Miller trade was holding up talks on several other fronts, including this one. As it so often happens on trade deadline day, once one trade goes down, a bunch of others follow. Stay tuned to KJG for the latest updates on all the rumors and done deals.
