1986 – In a 124-102 Los Angeles Lakers victory over the Indiana Pacers, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (@kaj33) scored a game-high 31 points and became the first player all-time to score 34,000 career points. He finished with 38,387 points, which still stands as the most all-time.
