NBA Trade Rumors

Jeremy Lamb is now having his name thrown into the trade rumor mill. After the Sacramento Kings and the Toronto Raptors completed their multi-player trade involving Rudy Gay, a lot of rumors around the league are starting to pick up. It seems that the Oklahoma City Thunder are not against the notion of moving their young shooting guard Jeremy Lamb.

Multiple league sources have said the Oklahoma City Thunder are willing to deal second-year guard Jeremy Lamb if they can find a more experienced (and consistent) player to come off the bench. Lamb has already been traded once — from the Rockets as part of the James Harden deal before last season.

After spending a significant amount of time in the D-League, Lamb has been forced to fill the shoes of Kevin Martin this season. The young guard has done relatively well and has been playing just under 20 minutes a game, shooting 39% from beyond the arc.

Each year the Thunder have been downgrading at their sixth man position, replacing James Harden with Martin and now putting Lamb in that spot.
