Steve Nash considering retirement
There is only so long you can ignore father time, which is something that Steve Nash has learned over the last couple of years. In his final years with the Phoenix Suns, Nash was struggling with a lot of nagging injuries, but the Suns’ excellent medical staff kept the Canadian floor general healthy enough to perform at an elite level. That is clearly no longer the case and the Los Angeles Lakers point guard is now seriously considering leaving the game of basketball, according to Peter Vecsey.
I'm hearing Nash's pain is forcing him 2 seriously consider calling it a career. He'd still get $ this yr & next & LA'd get cap relief next

Watching a legend struggle like this is no fun for anyone, least of all Nash himself. It seems that ever since he stepped on the Staples Center hardwood wearing purple and gold, it was never meant to be. He fractured his leg and didn’t quite manage to get healthy enough to make an impact last season. This year’s campaign has shown more of the same.
Whatever decision Nash makes, he will always be remembered as one of the greatest point guards to play the game.
