1974 – Future Hall of Fame forward/center Nate Thurmond became the first NBA player all-time to officially record a quadruple-double in a game: 22 points, 14 rebounds, 13 assists and 12 blocks for the Chicago Bulls in a 120-115 overtime victory over the Atlanta Hawks at Chicago Stadium. Only three players, Alvin Robertson, Hakeem Olajuwon and David Robinson, have achieved the feat since.
