Point Guard: Brandon Jennings

Before the rumors of Jeff Teague to Milwaukee began to swirl, rumors that nearly came to complete fruition, it was widely believed that the Bucks intentions were to bring back starting point guard Brandon Jennings. The dialogue between the two sides was positive and whether it be matching an offer sheet from another team or coming to terms on a new contract before the moratorium was lifted, it appeared that Jennings would not be changing uniforms. That still seems to be the case, but now, it is for a completely different reason. Who knows how serious talks of a Jennings for Teague swap got, but new coach Larry Drew made a hard push to bring his former floor general to Milwaukee. While it is certainly possible that a team is willing to overpay for Jennings, or strikes a deal to acquire the electric point, it seems that Jennings and Drew will have to put these recent events behind them.

As for a more attainable point guard, Aaron Brooks is available, coming off a season in which he averaged seven points per game, playing 18 minutes a night.
