Cleveland Cavaliers announce 2013-14 Preseason schedule

Along with announcing their Summer League roster and schedule, the Cleveland Cavaliers also announced on Tuesday their eight-game preseason schedule. With three games being played at Quicken Loans Arena, the Wine and Gold will also branch out to Canton, Cincinnati and Columbus for three neutral site home games. All games will be broadcasted over the airwaves on WTAM 1100 AM and a TV schedule will be announced as the games get closer.

However, here is a list of who the Cavaliers will be facing, where each game will be played and what time you can catch the games at via the Cleveland Cavaliers official website:

October 8 at 7 p.m. – vs. Milwaukee Bucks at Quicken Loans Arena

October 11 at 7 p.m. - vs. Orlando Magic at Amway Center (Orlando, Florida)

October 15 at 7 p.m. - vs. Charlotte Bobcats at Canton Memorial Civic Center (Canton, Ohio)

October 17 at 7 p.m – vs. Detroit Pistons at Quicken Loans Arena

October 19 at 7 p.m. - vs. Indiana Pacers at Quicken Loans Arena

October 21 at 7 p.m. – va. Philadelphia 76ers at Schottenstein Center (Columbus, Ohio)

October 23 at 7 p.m. - vs. Washington Wizards at U.S. Bank Arena (Cincinnati, Ohio)

October 24 at 7 p.m. - vs. Charlotte Bobcats at Time Warner Cable Arena (Charlotte, North Carolina)

Their are many opportunities for local Wine and Gold fans to see preseason games, so make sure to make it a point to support the Cavs before the regular season gets underway. With all the young talent piling up and additional pieces sought through free agency filling in roles quite nicely, this team will be exciting to watch from the jump.
